Fronting; 3332.21(D), Building lines; 3332.26, Minimum side yard
permitted; and 3332.27, Rear yard, of the City of Columbus codes; for
the property located at 1087 SAY AVENUE (43201), to permit a
single-unit dwelling (a carriage house) in the rear yard of a lot

with a reduced building line in the C-4, Commercial District (Council
Variance # CV15-076).

reduced development standards for a three-unit dwelling in the R-4,
Residential District (Council Variance # CV15-071).
