ROAD (43229), to permit a retail and wholesale landscaping and
mulch business with reduced parking and setbacks in the L-M, Limited

day care facility in an existing building in the M-2, Manufacturing
District, and to repeal Ordinance No. 1359-95, passed on June 26,
1995 (Council Variance # CV15-079).
A motion was made by Page, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Waive
the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote:
