A motion was made by Hardin, seconded by Stinziano, to Dispense with the
reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote:

EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION
ZONING: PAGE, CHR. E. BROWN M. BROWN HARDIN STINZIANO TYSON

0167-2017 To rezone 49 EAST THIRD AVENUE (43215), being 0.52± acres
located at the southeast corner of East Third Avenue and Mount Pleasant
Avenue, From: R-4, Residential District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned
Development District (Rezoning # Z16-074) and to declare an
emergency.
A motion was made by Page, seconded by M. Brown, that this Ordinance be
Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote:
Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson
Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Shannon Hardin, Jaiza Page, Michael
Stinziano, and Zach Klein
A motion was made by Page, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be
Approved as Amended. The motion carried by the following vote:

1085-2017 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.02, R, Rural
District; 3321.21(B), Building lines; 3332.29, Height districts; and
3353.05(D)(4), C-2 district development limitations, of the Columbus City
Codes; for the property located at 3220 LOWELL DRIVE (43204), to
permit a monopole telecommunication antenna with reduced
development standards in the R, Rural District (Council Variance #
CV17-002).
A motion was made by Page, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be
Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
