Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

requirements; 3333.18(D), Building lines; 3333.22, Maximum side yard
required; 3333.23, Minimum side yard permitted; and 3333.35(G)(H),
Private garage, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at
1018 NEIL AVENUE (43201), to permit a two-unit dwelling with reduced
development standards in the ARLD, Apartment Residential District
(Council Variance # CV17-027).

City Codes; for the property located at 2060 TULLER STREET (43201),
to permit two single-unit dwellings on one lot with reduced development
