ROLL CALL Present 7 - Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Page, seconded by Stinziano, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. E. BROWN M. BROWN PAGE REMY STINZIANO HARDIN 0322-2018 To amend Ordinance # 1706-2016, passed July 11, 2016 (Z15-037), by repealing Section 3 and replacing it with a new Section 3 thereby modifying the Limitation Text regarding garage-forward design standards in the L-R-2, Limited Residential District for property located at 7240 HARLEM ROAD (43081) (Rezoning Amendment # Z15-037A). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin 0367-2018 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3356.03, C-4, Permitted uses; 3312.27(4), Parking setback line; 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; and 3356.11, C-4 district setback line, of the Columbus City codes; for the property located at 2129 EAST FIFTH AVENUE (43219), to permit a five-unit apartment building with reduced development standards in the C-4, Commercial District (Council Variance # CV17-057). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Amended as submitted to the Clerk. The motion carried by the following vote: Abstained: 1- Emmanuel Remy Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Tabled Indefinitely. The motion carried by the following vote: Abstained: 1- Emmanuel Remy Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin 0297-2018 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3312.27(2), Parking setback line; 3333.18, Building lines; and 3333.255, Perimeter yard; of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 5049 SUNBURY ROAD (43230), to permit the development of a 60 unit apartment complex with reduced development standards in the L-AR-12, Limited Apartment Residential District (Council Variance # CV17-075). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Tabled Indefinitely. The motion carried by the following vote: Abstained: 1- Emmanuel Remy Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this be adjourn this Regular Meeting.
