Brown, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, and Shannon Hardin EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. E. BROWN M. BROWN PAGE REMY STINZIANO HARDIN 0610-2018 To rezone 777 NORTH FOURTH STREET (43215), being 0.79± acres located at the west side of North Fourth Street, 60± feet north of Warren Street, From: M, Manufacturing District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning # Z17-005). A motion was made by Page, seconded by M. Brown, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, and Shannon Hardin 0612-2018 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.037, R-2F residential district; 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; 3321.05, Vision clearance; 3332.14, R-2F area district requirements; and 3332.25, Maximum side yards required; for the property located at 370 FOREST STREET (43206), to permit a six-unit City of Columbus Page 1 Zoning Committee Minutes - Final March 12, 2018 apartment building in the R-2F, Residential District (Council Variance # CV17-059) and to declare an emergency. A motion was made by Page, seconded by M. Brown, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, and Shannon Hardin A motion was made by Page, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended.
