E. BROWN M. BROWN PAGE REMY STINZIANO HARDIN 0743-2018 To rezone 2090 FRANK ROAD (43223), being 11.3± acres located on the north side of Frank Road, 735± feet east of Harrisburg Pike, From: R, Rural District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning # Z17-053) and to declare an emergency. A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended. A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by E. Brown, that this Ordinance be Taken from the Table.
