(43110), being 33.73± acres located at the southwest corner of Bowen Road and Long Road, From: R, Rural District, To: PUD-6, Planned Unit Development District (Rezoning #Z19-009). A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this Ordinance be Approved.
