BROWN DORANS FAVOR REMY HARDIN 2441-2020 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.039, R-4, residential district; and 3312.09, Aisle, of the Columbus City codes; for the property located at 851 N. 4TH ST. (43215), to permit a 300 square foot accessory dining patio and reduced aisle width in the R-4, Residential District (Council Variance #CV20-083). A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this Ordinance be Approved. LONG ST. (43203), to permit an eating and drinking establishment with reduced development standards in the R-2F, Residential District, and to repeal Ordinance #763-92, passed April 27, 1992 (Council Variance #CV20-004). JENKINS AVE. (43207), to permit reduced development standards for an apartment building in the AR-1, Apartment Residential District, (Council Variance #CV20-046).
