Consent Policy Formation and Direction 1. Fiscal Year 2024 Audit Review (Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP) Request to accept the Independent Auditor's Report by Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP, for the Coral Springs Charter School. A certified public accounting firm completed an audit of the Coral Springs Charter School's financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the audited financial statements is included. (REQUEST TO ACCEPT) Ralph Arrojo of Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP provided the fiscal year 2024 audit review and fielded questions from the Board. Discussion ensued. Motion: To accept the Independent Auditor's Report. Result: Passed (Unanimously) Mover: Board Member Brook Seconder: Board Member McHugh Principal Communications Principal Jodi Robins noted it was exam week. Deputy City Manager Givens thanked city staff and Charter Schools USA staff for their work. Board Communications The Board wished everyone happy holidays.
