Downtown Mixed-Use (DTMU) Update  • Jim Hickey of Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. provided an update on the Downtown Mixed-Use project. • Discussion took place, and questions were addressed by Mr. Hickey and staff. • City Manager Catherine Givens announced that this item will return at a future Joint Workshop. 2. Shared Vision • Director Kristi Bartlett facilitated a discussion on the shared vision for downtown Coral Springs. • Key themes of the discussion were identified.
