Nimtz (Phone), T. Farley, V. Kelly, J. Newton-Butt Commissioners Absent: R. Batimana, M. Shrikhande Staff/Council present: S. VanDeWoestyne Guest(s): N/A Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by V. Kelly. Approval of Minutes: J. Newton-Butt moved to have the minutes of the March 2022 meeting approved, V. Kelly seconded. All ayes. New Business: 1. S. VanDeWoestyne had commissioners present complete the Financial Interest Disclosure form, as required of all employees and officials in compliance with Administrative Policy 4.10. 2. S. VanDeWoestyne shared the addition of Fortress Bank as one of the City’s qualified institutions, as required by our City Investment Policy. 3. S. VanDeWoestyne shared an update of other city employment openings, including Fire Fighter and Police Officer. Old Business: 4. Commissioners engaged in a discussion of the Chair vacancy. J. Newton-Butt moved and T. Farley seconded to nominate V. Kelly as Chairwoman. V. Kelly moved and J. Newton-Butt seconded to nominate T. Farley as Vice-Chair. All ayes. Adjournment J. Newton-Butt moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by T. Farley. All ayes.
