Status of Current Maintenance Projects  Digester – no change  Blower – HR Green making recommendations  Bar Screen – HR Green proposal on isolating the gate structure and designing a replacement 2. Status of Current Engineering Studies  Brian Schadt drafting RFQ for Digester Design Engineering Services 3. Review of Capital Plan – No updates to CIP 4. Status of Flood Berm – EDA approval for Phase I bid letting – Public Hearing on Davenport City Council meeting in May 5. Other Business –  Working to schedule an interview with WPCP Manager Candidate(s). Will send meeting notices and timelines when it is final.  Brad Guy will get a proposal to survey manholes for I & I with direct connections to either Mississippi River or streams. The plant has been receiving fish again since the water rose above 10 feet. 6.
