MINUTES CITY OF DEKALB AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD April 19, 2016 The Airport Advisory Board held a meeting on April 19, 2016 at the Airport Maintenance Shop. There was not a quorum to proceed with the meeting. The minutes for February 16, 2016 will be approved at the next meeting. Any New Business and Committee Reports will also be talked about at the next meeting. Members in Attendance: Dick Anderson, Jack Bennett, Chuck Lanning, Larry Luxton & Jim Rhoades. Members absent: Mitch Hallgren, Bryant Irving, Bryce Deter, Robert Owens, Jeff Jacobson, Bernard Pupino and Kate Noreiko. Also present were: Tom Cleveland, Airport Manager; Jeff Kohlert, Fly America and Roger Keys, DeKalb, TDR Drone expert.
