Adjournment The Finance Advisory Committee’s role (as listed in Chapter 54-11) is to provide well-reasoned, financially sound recommendations to the Council. Meetings and reporting shall be on a project-by-project basis or as otherwise assigned by the City Council. The Finance Advisory Committee shall work in cooperation with the City Council and the City Manager to analyze the City’s financial policies, long term financial stability, options for greater efficiencies and possible revenue and expenditure modifications.
