Minutes of Pension Board Special Meeting February 12, 2015 Members present: Mike Thomas, Eric Hicks, Bill Kalal, Ray Krueger, and Pat Eriksen Members Absent: None Others Present: Craig Larsen, Apple Hill Consulting Cathy Haley, City of DeKalb Finance Director Call To Order The meeting was called to order at 9:02 a.m. Announcements None New Business Investment Consultant Pension Board Investment consultant gave quarterly update to the Board on the fund. Funds Availability A Motion was made by Bill Kalal to move $675,000 by a date to be determined by Cathy Haley, City of DeKalb Finance Director, from PNC to Castle Bank to cover expenses. Said Motion was seconded by Mike Thomas and unanimously approved by the Board by roll call. Old Business None Adjournment A Motion was made by Bill Kalal to adjourn.
