e) Lowery military buyback of 24 months changes his DOH to 4/2/08 effective 5/26/16.
Accept payment as noted below, recognize the transfer as paid in full, and acknowledge
the revised date of hire.
f) Josef Gordon transfer of creditable service from Harvey PD of two years and nine days.
This results in Gordon’s revised date of hire of July 12, 2014. Formally accept the
transfer, recognize it as paid in full, and acknowledge the revised date of hire.
g) Consideration of compensating City for the annual actuarial valuation.
