Officer Ferrigan’s transfer of creditable service of two years and 22 days from Skokie PD, changes his DOH from 02/03/97 to 01/12/95. c) Resignation of Sergeant Jeffrey Weese effective 02/28/21. d) Resignation of Daniel Ludwig 12/06/20. e) Resignation of Sebastian Lemus 12/01/20. f) Resignation of Phillip Nicholson 12/21/20. g) Approval of 2021 COLAs. Secretary Paul Mott called the roll at 10:04 a.m. and the following members of the DeKalb Police Pension Fund were present: Jim kayes, Paul Mott, and Joshua Boldt. Patrick Fagan arrived at 10:23 a.m. b. Also present: Bill Galgan with Wall & Associates. B. Approval of Agenda – Additional / Deletions a. Agenda approved on voice vote by President Kayes. 3 ayes. C. Minutes from the DeKalb Police Pension Fund Meeting on July 21st, 2020 were approved by voice vote. 4 ayes (Jim Kayes, Paul Mott, Joshua Boldt, and Patrick Fagan). E. Investment Manager Report a. Bill Galgan with Wall and Associates provided the quarterly report on fund performance for the third quarter of 2020. F. Old Business a. None G. Bills for Payment a.
