New Business a) Election of Board officers. b) Note annual disability exam for Diedrich and vote to continue disability benefit.  c) Resolution to name Kayes and Mott as Authorized Representatives of the Fund for purposes of communication with the Illinois Police Officers’ Pension Investment Fund. d) Approval of transfer of $179,515.68 to Naperville Police pension Fund on behalf of Jonathan Jursich. Secretary Paul Mott called the roll at 10:01 a.m. and the following members of the DeKalb Police Pension Fund were present: Jim Kayes, Paul Mott, Jeff Main, Josh Boldt and Patrick Fagan. b. Also present: William Galgan B. Approval of Agenda – Additional / Deletions a. Agenda approved on voice vote by President Kayes. 5 ayes. C. Public Participation a. None D. Approval of Minutes a. Minutes from the DeKalb Police Pension Fund Meeting on January 15th, 2021 were approved by voice vote. 5 ayes (Jim Kayes, Paul Mott, Jeff Main, Josh Boldt and Patrick Fagan). E. Investment Manager Report a. William Galgan with Wall and Associates provided the quarterly report on fund performance for the first quarter of 2021. Overall in 2021 we had a 3.81% return. F. Old Business a. None G. Bills for Payment a. Motion by Josh Boldt to pay the bills listed on the agenda. Second by Patrick Fagan. Roll call vote by Secretary Mott. Yes votes from, Paul Mott, Patrick Fagan Jeff Main, Josh Boldt and Jim Kayes. President Kayes declared the motion passed. H. Applications for Membership a. Application for pension membership of the following: i. Justin Donahue DOH: 02-08-2021 ii. Daniel Dilorenzo DOH: 03-17-2021 iii. Uriel Ortega DOH: 01-04-2021 iv. Michael Rinella DOH: 01-04-2021 v. Betsy Cooper DOH: 01-04-2021 b. Motion by Patrick Fagan to approve the listed applicants. Second by Jeff Main. Roll call vote by Secretary Mott. Yes votes from, Paul Mott, Patrick Fagan Jeff Main, Josh Boldt and Jim Kayes. President Kayes declared the motion passed. I. Requests for Benefits a.
