Minutes DeKalb Police Pension Board October 15th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. A. Roll Call a. President Jim Kayes called the roll at 10:03 a.m. and the following members of the DeKalb Police Pension Fund were present: Jim Kayes, Keith Ehrke, Josh Boldt and Jeff Main. Patrick Fagan was absent. B. Approval of Agenda – Additional / Deletions a. Agenda approved on voice vote by President Kayes with 4 Ayes. C. Approval of Minutes of April 19, July 16 and August 6, 2021. a. Motion by Joshua Boldt, second by Jeff Main. Approved by voice vote with 4 Ayes (Jim Kayes, Keith Ehrke, Josh Bolt and Jeff Main). D. Public Participation a. None E. Treasure’s Report a. No Questions or Comments. F. Old Business a. None G. Bills for Payment a. Motion by Josh Boldt to pay bills listed in agenda, second by Jeff Main. Motion by Josh Boldt to accept new pension membership applications from Hayden Lapointe, Ramain Schaefer-Carrington, Ryan Diedrich, Austin Jacquin, Chloe Albert and David Moore. Second by Jeff Main. Roll Call vote by Keith  Ehrke. Yes, votes from Jim Kayes, Josh Boldt, Jeff Main and Keith Ehrke. President Kayes declared the motion passed. I. Request for Benefits a. Motion by Josh Boldt for the conversion of Mark Nachman to regular pension. Second by Jeff Main. Roll Call vote by Keith Ehrke. Yes, votes from Jim Kayes, Josh Boldt, Jeff Main and Keith Ehrke. President Kayes declared the motion passed. J. New Business a. Motion by Josh Boldt to approve, adopt and publish Geoffrey Guzinski disability decision and order. Second by Jeff Main.
