Letters to FNBO and Charles Schwab Be sure that this Resolution is adopted at your next pension fund meeting and prior to January 1, 2022. On advisement of Konicek & Dillon  PC we are not complying with this at this time. Pass resolution but defer further action until advisement from Konicek. d) Discussion/adoption of Cash Management Policy Adjournment.
