Action Items 7.a Approve Resolution #25-46 A resolution of the Draper City Council approving an Interlocal Agreement with Point of the Mountain State Land Use Authority regarding Public Infrastructure and Services. Staff report by Mike Barker. 7.b Approve Resolution #25-47 A resolution of the Draper City Council approving a consultant agreement with Point of the Mountain State Land Use Authority and Methods Consulting. Staff report by Mike Barker. 7.c Approve Resolution #25-49 A resolution of the Draper City Council canceling the race for the 4-year at- large city council seats and certifying Tasha Lowery and Mike Green as elected. 8. Items for Council Consideration 8.a Public Hearing: Ordinances #1676 and #1677 An ordinance amending the Land Use Map for approximately 7.6 acres from Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium Density and an ordinance amending the Zoning Map for the same property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural) to R4 (Single-Family Residential) located at approximately 11775 S. 700 West, known as the Goodrich Pointe Land Use and Zoning Map Amendments.
