Staff: Kellie Challburg. 5.e Approve Resolution #25-79 A resolution of the Draper City Council establishing the regular meeting schedule for the City Council, Planning Commission, subordinate bodies, and committees for the year 2026. Staff: Kellie Challburg 5.g Approve Resolution #25-81 A resolution of the Draper City Council electing Bryn Heather Johnson to serve as the Mayor Pro Tempore for the year 2026. Items for Council Consideration 6.a Public Hearing: Ordinances #1688 and #1689 An ordinance amending the Official Land Use Map and an ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of Draper City for approximately 17.88 acres of property located at approximately 13782 S. 300 E. Known as the Bangerter Crossroads Land Use Map and Zoning Map Amendments. Staff report by Todd Draper. 6.b Public Hearing: Ordinances #1690 and #1691 An ordinance amending the Official Land Use Map and an ordinance amending the official Zoning Map of Draper City for approximately 1.44 acres of property located at approximately 231 E. 13800 S. Known as the Openshaw Draper 138 Land Use Map and Zoning Map Amendments. Staff report by Todd Draper. 6.c Public Hearing: Ordinance #1696 An ordinance of Draper City amending the text of Titles 9, 10, 17, and 18 of the Draper City Municipal Code related to the Geologic Hazards Ordinance. Action Items  7.a Approve Resolution #25-74 A resolution of the Draper City Council adopting the Geotechnical Engineering Standards for Draper City. Staff report by Todd Taylor. 7.b Approve Resolution #25-75 A resolution expressing Draper City’s intent to adjust its common municipal boundaries with Highland City affecting parcels 11:017:0157 and 35:544:0050, authorizing and scheduling a public hearing, and providing for notice thereof. Staff report by Mike Barker. 7.c Approve Ordinance #1695 An ordinance of the Draper City Council amending Title 7 of the Draper City Municipal Code establishing the Wildland Urban Interface Area.
