A resolution appointing Joshua Best as an alternate member of the Draper

A resolution appointing Lindsay Simons as a member of the Draper City
Community Engagement and Events Committee. Staff: Kellie Challburg.
5.d Approve Resolution #26-16
A resolution appointing Shanda Gonzalez as a member of the Draper City
Historic Preservation Commission. Staff: Kellie Challburg.
5.e Approve Resolution #26-17
A resolution of the Draper City Council approving a settlement agreement
with Parcell Construction, LC DBA Builders Resource. Staff: Spencer
DuShane.

6.a Public Hearing: Ordinance #1716
An ordinance approving the Openshaw Corner Development Agreement for
approximately 1.44 acres of property located at approximately 207 East
13800 South within Draper City. Staff report by Todd Draper.
6.b Public Hearing: Ordinance #1717
An ordinance approving the Bangerter Crossroads Development Agreement
for approximately 17.88 acres of property located at approximately 13782
South 300 East within Draper City. Staff report by Todd Draper.
6.c Public Hearing: Ordinance #1715
An ordinance of the Draper City Council amending the text of the Land Use
and Development Code of the Draper City Municipal Code relating to private
schools. Staff Report by Jennifer Jastremsky.
6.d Public Hearing: Ordinance #1712
An ordinance of the Draper City Council adjusting the common boundaries
between Draper City and Alpine City. Staff: Kellie Challburg.
6.e Public Hearing: Ordinances #1713 and #1714
An ordinance amending the Official Land Use Map of Draper City and an
ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of Draper City for
approximately 0.45 acres of property located at approximately 16001 S.
3500 E. Also known as the City Initiated Alpine-Draper Boundary Adjustment
Land Use Map and Zoning Map Amendments. Staff report by Todd Draper.
