4.2 Presentation on the City of Dublin’s Investment Report Through Quarter Ending December 31,
2025
The Finance and Investment Committee will receive a report from Chandler Asset
Management on the City’s investments through the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The

City’s investment portfolio for this period totaled $526,153,049 (market value) with an
average market yield of 3.82%.
