REPORTS 4.1 Fiscal Year 2025-26 2nd Quarter Financial Review The Finance and Investment Committee will receive a financial report through the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2025-26. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. Staff Report Attachment 1 - Budget Change Requests Attachment 2 - Fiscal Year 2025-26 General Fund Summary 4.2 Presentation on the City of Dublin’s Investment Report Through Quarter Ending December 31, 2025 The Finance and Investment Committee will receive a report from Chandler Asset Management on the City’s investments through the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The February 03, 2026 Dublin Finance and Investment Committee Agenda 1  City’s investment portfolio for this period totaled $526,153,049 (market value) with an average market yield of 3.82%. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. Staff Report Attachment 1 - City of Dublin Investment Report for Period Ending December 31, 2025 5. REQUEST FOR FUTURE MEETING AGENDA ITEMS The Committee and/or City Staff will present items to be discussed at future meetings. 6.
