been appointed to the position of Police Captain at an
annual salary of $107,108.91, Christopher Osiecki has
been appointed to the position of Police Captain at an
annual salary of $105,688.85, Erica Lapierre has been
appointed to the position of Police Lieutenant at an annual
salary of $98,676.75; Christopher Zelko has been

the grant monies to be used for the updating and/or
replacement of technical rescue equipment and training in
the Elmira Fire Department.
