effective April 1, 2026 at an annual salary of $123,560.98;
and Samuel G. Karam, has been appointed to the position

the collection of taxes levied or to be levied.

Mayor Mandell resolution accepting transfer of ownership of four (4)
Axon tasers and supplies to the Elmira Police Department
from the City of Corning for a total transfer price of
$1.00, authorizing the City Manager to sign an
acknowledgement of transfer from City of Corning to City
of Elmira, and City Council expressing its sincere
appreciation to the City of Corning and its Police
Department for transferring the tasers.

sheet is attached hereto, and authorizing the Mayor to sign
the contract with Nelson & Streeter Construction; said

intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Ashland
whereby the City 's Animal Control Department will
provide animal control services enforcing Articles 7 and
26 of the Agriculture and Markets Law at a cost of
$6,471.49 annually to be paid by the Town in monthly
installments of $539.29 commencing May 1, 2026 and
expiring on April 30, 2027; said agreement subject to
Corporation Counsel approval.
