Meeting Minutes Call to Order and Roll Call (6:00) • The meeting was called to order by Chloe Bell • Roll call was taken. Na’Tosha Devon and Bob Stafford were absent. Approval of Meeting Agenda (6:01) • Jessica Debari motioned to approve the agenda, approved unanimously. Approval of November Minutes (6:01) • Chloe Bell motioned to approve the November minutes, approved unanimously Unfinished Business (6:02) • Erin Keaton’s mural design in process to be shown at March meeting New Business (6:03) • Underwood Park received two donations by Dale Rogers Spring Awakening and American dog. The pieces’ location to be evaluated by staff. Chloe Bell motioned to approve, Jessica Debari seconded, approved unanimously • The arts council reviewed the submissions for the Nelson Hackett BLVD Mural and selected four finalists to be reviewed by special subcommittee. The Council narrowed to Mauricio Ramirez, Aziza Andre, Jason Jones, Timothy Smith. Chloe Bell motioned to send the four finalists to propose a piece to be selected by subcommittee, Diana Rubi seconded, approved unanimously. Reports and Presentations (6:28) • Gallery Hop on April 11 shuttle provided • Artist lecture at School Art with Carla Edwards • Exhibition for Lunar New Year is open through February 26 • Weekend Starts season to begin in the Spring. • Community Arts Program proposals to be reviewed in the March meeting.
