APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 30, 2025 FAYETTEVILLE YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Approval Of The Fayetteville Youth Advisory Council Meeting Minutes Of October 30, 2025. A Motion To Approve The Meeting Minutes Was Made By Council Member Blythe Heimer And Seconded By Council Member Aniruth Satish. It Was Approved By A Vote Of 6-0. A.2. ELLYETTE CEOLA’S PRESENTATION Ellyette Ceola Gives The FYAC An Educational Presentation Regarding The Affordable Care Act. The Presentation Highlighted How Many People In Arkansas The Act Pertained To. She Also Explained How The Government Shutdown Affected The Act. A.3. Open Discussion During This Time, The Members Will Have An Opportunity To Discuss Any Issues Or Ideas They Had During Or Before The Meeting. During This Meeting, The Members Discussed Any Updates About The White Elephant 5K Event, Any Safe Storage Updates, And The Approval Of A Community Art Wall.
