A Motion To Approve The Meeting Minutes Was Made By Council Member Blythe Heimer And Seconded By Council Member Elis Prassel. It Was Approved By A Vote Of 5-0. A.2. CITY COUNCIL PRESENTATION The FYAC Discuss And Prepare A Presentation For The City Council. A.3. OPEN DISCUSSION During This Time, The Members Will Have An Opportunity To Discuss Any Issues Or Ideas They Had During Or Before The Meeting.
