Board members: Steve Orusa, Michelle Saysana, Karen Collins, and Sal Migliore (via teams first half of meeting, in person 2nd half). • Staff present/Legal: Monica Heltz, Josh Robinson, Laura Gropp, Jake Reardon McSoley, Tracy Gaynor, Chris Greisl, and Kari Adriano. • Members of the public were able to submit comments to the Board via form submission. Chronic Disease: Decrease the percentage of residents with hypercholesterolemia by 1% by the end of 2027. Mental Health: Decrease the case rate of death by suicide by 10% by 2027. Substance Use: Decrease the case rate of deaths by accidental overdose by 10% by 2027. Immunizations: Increase HPV vaccine completion rates for children ages 13-18 by 3% by the end of 2025. Maternal Child Health: Decrease the percentage of pregnant women not access prenatal care in the first trimester from 10.7% to 9.7% by 2027. Trauma & Injury Prevention: Decrease the repeat fall rate requiring EMS by 10% by the end of 2025.
