Meeting Called to Order / Roll Call Commissioners – Mike Peterson, Dave Cohen, Bill Stuart, Ron Wilson, Brian Babb.Fire Department – Steve Orusa, Chief; Ann Smith, Admin/Finance Manager Meeting called to order at 6:48pm. 2. Approve November 12, 2021 Meeting Minutes Minutes reviewed. Amend spelling Stuart. Motion toapprove Mike Peterson. Seconded by Bryan Babb. Motion passes. 3. Annual Business – select from the board a president, vice president and secretary Motion to reelect. Babb as president by Peterson, seconded by Cohen. Motion to elect Stuart as vice president, seconded by Babb. Motion to elect Cohen as secretary, seconded by Stuart. All motions pass. 4. Department Update Chief Orusa provided a copy of the 2022 Annual Report. Discussed hiring, diversity, and modernizing the department. 5. Information Only Discuss 1977 Fund Membership age increase to 39 from 35. We will conduct a lateraltransfer process in the first quarter. 6.
