Review of our sponsorship levels and discussion of potential 2024 sponsorsOBJECTIVE: Review past sponsors and assign committee members to confirm their renewed commitment for 2024. Identify other sponsorship possibilities. 4. THE TOP EVENTS AND DATES (40 min.) a. In previous years the City of Fishers has provided resources for these events. MARCH DISABILITY AWARENESS MONTH ARTS SHOWCASE (Note: Conner Prairie’s main building will be closed from February 2024 until 2025. Changes will need to be made in the event location. Will this now be coordinated by The Fishers Arts Council as a part of Second Fridays? If so, Second Friday is March 8, 2024. 5. MY POINT OF VIEW DAY (March 27, 2024 Launch Fishers Huston Theater) 6. FISHERS PARKS STORY WALK (throughout the month) 7. HAMILTON COUNTY TRANSITION FAIR (Date and location) 8. HEPL WORKSHOPS AND EXHIBITS (All month long) 9. OTHER?
