Declaration Quorum Present Vice Chairperson Jeff Labahn declared a quorum present at 3:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES February 2, 2026 Minutes A Motion was made by Jeffrey Labahn to approve the February 2, 2026 minutes and seconded by Jeffrey Uitenbroek and the motion was Passed. Ayes: Labahn, Qualmann, Uitenbroek, Vanden Avond Absent: Snyder HEARINGS Appeal No. 2026-02 824 W. Johnson St. (Ross Dress for Less) Zoning Code Regulations: Schedule VIII Design Standards & Specifications for Signs allows for one (1) square foot of signage per linear foot of building façade for wall signs in the C-2 General Business District. Proposal: Allow for a wall sign that is 241 square feet where the zoning code allows for a wall sign that is 105 square feet. Appeared in Support: Dan Nielsen, Project Representative, Signarama of Fond du Lac A Motion was made by Jeffrey Labahn to deny the variance as proposed, and to follow the zoning code requirements and seconded by Jeffrey Uitenbroek and the motion was Passed.
