Development - Revised Residential Development District). The subject request
also includes a rezoning of approximately 20.22 acres from RS-12 (Single-family
Residential, minimum 12,000 sq. ft. lots) to PD-RRDD (Planned Development -
Revised Residential Development District). The subject properties are located on
E. Hudson Boulevard and Niblick Drive and are owned by the Winston
Development Corporation.
