Harvie Avenue - File #PLCA202600152 The applicant is requesting approval for the removal of a structurally failing chimney and exploratory wall repairs. The scope of work also includes full siding replacement with Hardieboard lap siding, a like for like front porch restoration (including beams, columns, and soffit), and a roof replacement featuring a dormer rebuild and upgraded architectural shingles in a similar color.
