side of Union Road, across from Crawford Drive and is owned by K&D Land Holdings,

Subject hearing involves a request to amend Section 9.9 Accessory Structures and Uses of
the Unified Development Ordinance to allow greater flexibility in side yard setbacks for

This also includes language to modify how maximum buildable area is calculated for
accessory structures located on properties with three (3) acres or more.
