Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 8:33 AM by Chair Guillermo Cisneros. Motion to approve a Revised Brownfield Plan Amendment for Jackson Entertainment, LLC Redevelopment Project located at 120 Ottawa Avenue NW. Approval of Invoices Documenting Eligible Expenses for the GRIP Medical Properties I, LLC Redevelopment Project at 400 Monroe Avenue NW Jonathan Klooster presented the item and introduced Jeff Edwards with Rockford Construction. Mr. Edwards discussed the completed project, which developeed an approximately 200,000 square foot medical office and innovation building, and an approximately 600 space parking structure at 400 Monroe Avenue NW. Motion to approve Eligible Activity Invoices in the amount of $18,205,685 and a current payment of $739,314 for GRIP Medical Properties I, LLC.
