The meeting was called to order at 8:33 AM by Chair Guillermo Cisneros

1. Resolution approving and recommending a Brownfield Plan Amendment for the
280 Ann, LLC Redevelopment Project at 280 Ann Street NW
Jessica Solis presented the item and introduced Jared Belka from Warner Norcross and
Judd and Jack Hoedeman from 280 Ann, LLC to provide additional information about
the project.
Ms. Solis noted the residential units have increased from 40 to 44, which will be
corrected in the Brownfield Plan Amendment.
Motion to approve and recommend a Brownfield Plan Amendment for the 280
Ann, LLC Redevelopment Project located at 280 Ann Street NW.
