Presentation on Senate Act 381 Amendments and BRA Policy Update Jonathan Klooster gave a presentation on adopted legislative changes and an overview of proposed process and timeline to consider policy amendments and program implementation. Ryan Kilpatrick spoke about Housing development finance and cost of affordability as most of the Amendments are Housing focused. Next steps involve having a subcommittee of the board work with staff to look at current policies and metrics that may need amending due to the new legislation. 2. Report on Outcomes of the Inclusion Plan for Economic Development Incentives Mr. Klooster provided a presentation on the Inclusion Plan program outcomes since its launch in January 2021. VII. Other Business 1. Conflict of Interest Overview Jessica Wood (Legal, Dickinson Wright) will lead an orientation session at the next meeting about the by-laws, meeting procedures, committee creation, etc. Mrs. Wood will distribute draft documents before the meeting so board members can prepare questions.
