Resolution setting October 18, 2022 as the date to consider an ordinance rezoning 101, 119 & 135 Garden Street SE 670 to SD-PRD (Special Districts–Planned Redevelopment District) for the redevelopment of an existing industrial building into a mixed-use development and the construction of sixteen detached homes 3. Resolution scheduling a public hearing for October 18, 2022 to consider a Brownfield Plan Amendment for the 280 Ann, LLC Redevelopment Project at 280 Ann Street NW 4. Resolution approving an agreement with the Michigan Department of Transportation for a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality grant for the Traffic Management Operations Center with a total cost of $660,000. 5. Resolution approving a Construction Agreement in the amount of $65,000 and accepting Public Utilities Easements and a Sidewalk and Utilities Easement for HOM Flats at Maynard 6.
