Recommendation of Financial Support for the Construction Allies in Action Affiliate HUB Program Jonathan Klooster presented the item and briefly gave an overview of the Construction Allies in Action Affiliate HUB Program, which aims to empower underrepresented construction contracting companies in Michigan by giving them the knowledge, tools, and support they need to grow. He introduced Elizabeth Bovard Strong and Greg May with Construction Allies in Action who gave some additional details about the program. Motion to approve $10,000 in support of the Construction Allies in Action Affiliate HUB Program. Fiscal Year 2023-2027 Priority Plan for the City of Grand Rapids Economic Development Corporation Mr. Klooster presented the Fiscal Year 2023 budget proposals for the City of Grand Rapids Economic Development Corporation and discussed the general state of the fund. Motion to recommend the FY2023 budget proposal to the City Commission for consideration.
