Major Development Project Updates Mary Kate Berens brought various Department Directors to talk about their various projects. Tim Burkman spoke about transformational river projects Lyon Square, GR Public Museum, and permits being approved for various other projects. David Marquardt gave updates on Ah-Nab-Awen Park, Canal Park, MLK Park Lodge, and numerous trail improvements. Jeremiah Gracia spoke about Economic Development Department’s areas of focus: Real Estate Development, Neighborhood Business Corridors, and Business Retention, Expansion and Attraction.
