Update on the Development With Us program Layla Aslani talked about the community engagement program restart (closed by the pandemic). Update on Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Policy Jonathan Klooster provided a briefing on the implementation of the new housing tax increment financing program and guidelines that have been developed. There is still more policy, processes, and administration to be further developed for the housing aspect of the new legislation. Mr. Klooster answered questions regarding timelines.
