Resolution scheduling a public hearing to consider project additions to be paid for by unspent proceeds of The Economic Development Corporation of the City of Grand Rapids Senior Community Revenue Bonds (Clark Retirement Community, Inc.), Series 2019 15. Resolution to strike the outstanding 2016 Personal Property Taxes from the delinquent tax roll. This amounts to a write-off not to exceed $56,760.53 of personal property taxes of which, $12,806.03 is related to City of Grand Rapids’ millages. 16.
