ArtPrize Poutine Week Creative Direction Plan Amar Dzomba and Meg Chittendon from Well Design presented the group with their updated marketing campaign visuals and installation proposals. IV. Discussion Items 1. After Dark Artist Market - Michigan Street Hannah Berry presented a possible arts festival one-day event for the corridor. Sometime in August seems to be the best date. The Michigan Street Social District will need to be activated and signage installed. The board voted unanimously to have this event funding become an Action Item at a later date, once concept details (Event Name, date/time, layout, responsibilities outside of the contract, liquor license determination, etc.) are finalized. V. Minutes Approval 1. Approval of Minutes from April 19, 2023 No corrections or questions were noted. Motion to approve the minutes from April 19, 2023.
