There was concern that costs were for paint only and not other visibly needed repairs. Motion to approve the Façade Improvement Application for 1515 Plainfield Ave. NE in a not to exceed amount of $5,000. Motion to spend a $10,000 sponsorship to the Creston Business Association to execute Lights on Creston 2023.
