South Division- Grandville Facade Improvement Program Project Mary Dengerink explained the project from the agenda packet. Motion to approve the Façade Improvement Program Project for 872 Cesar E. Chavez in a not to exceed amount of $9,100. Promotions and Marketing Committee Launch The group discussed how this committee document can serve as a template for the other committees. Promotions and Marketing Committee will do more than just support the Business Associations, but the entire Corridor (i.e. pedestrian safety). Ms. Kamara noted that there should be a specific set of board members on each committee and not too many attend committee meetings that quorum is reached. Motion to approve the creation of the Promotions and Marketing Committee and adopt the Promotions and Marketing Committee Launch document. The space must be ADA accessible and unlocked/open to the public. VII. Reports 1. Committee Reports Design/Development changed their monthly meeting date to help coordinate agenda action items. SWBA quarterly meeting nearly finalized the Experience Roosevelt Park Neighborhood Event. BHBA is working on December Posada Event and will ask for holiday decorations funding next month. VIII. Other Business Kristin Bennett gave some updates to questions from the last meeting that needed research.
