Presentations 1. Eastern Avenue (Burton to Ardmore) Road Construction Project Updates City employees Juan Torres, Breese Stam and Ariana Jeske presented updates on the Eastern Avenue Road Construction Project. The Board urged the city to talk directly to the business owners on this block. The City is updating cost estimates and Mr. Torres will get their updated slideshow to Ms. Liebenow. VI. Discussion Items 1. Southtown CIA Tax Increment Financing & Development Plan Amendment Discussion was tabled to the June 5th meeting. VII. Reports 1. Corridor Manager and Committee Updates Ms. Liebenow reminded the group about the Small Business Fair on May 4th. • Ms. Liebenow will create calendar invites for any event the CIA sponsors. VIII. Other Business Bill DeJong noted a few corridor trash cans are looking beat-up. • Any trash cans that need repair email location to Ms. Liebenow. IX. Public Comment Mr. Duncan really liked the renderings of the Construction Project and is excited about the improvement to his neighborhood. X. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 2:35 PM.
