Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chair Senita Lenear II. Public Comment on Agenda Items None. III. Discussion Items 1. Southtown CIA Strategic Session A. Introduction Kelsey Liebenow began the meeting having the board members answer a survey in the agenda packet. The results helped drive discussion of the below discussion items. B. Board Member Involvement Attendance for the Monday meetings times has been difficult to establish quorum. The group will move meetings to monthly 2nd Wednesdays at 10:00 AM. There should be a minimum 1 designated board member attending committee meetings. Committees were restructured. Meetings should be limited to 1 hour. The board has vacancies as well as some members’ terms expire December and need to be renewed. C. Development Scorecard Does it still fit what’s needed? The new Façade/Development committee will update it. (Commissioner Nathaniel Moody left at 1:43) D. Administrative Support The board reviewed the Corridor Manager RFP. Ms. Liebenow explained the duties of the position requiring the most time spent. The executive committee will tighten CM goals and expectations for the next year, as well as quarterly check-ins. E. BASP & BA MOUs Page 132 starts the Action Plan in the Southtown Area Specific Plan. The board will look at 1 of the 5 Goal Actions each meeting (standing agenda item).
